In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. A long conditioning time ensures CASTELAIN Grand Cru has the perfect balance between the subtle bitterness of the Flanders hop MAGNUM and the aromatic elegance of TETTNANG and LUBLIN hops.
Colour: Pale golden
Appearance: Dense and persistent head.
Nose: Floral and fruity notes.
Taste: Sweet initial taste. Subtle notes of citrus, spices and grains tease the pallet.
How is it best enjoyed ? In a special Castelain glass, rinsed and not dried at a temperature of 8-10 °C

CASTELAIN Fleur de Houblon is a very hoppy beer. It is created using CASCADE, MAGNUM and CHALLENGER hops, carefully selected in Flanders by our Master Brewer, Nicolas Castelain. It reflects craft beer expertise handed down over three generations.
This exceptional beer is created using dry hopping: during its conditioning at 12°c, the beer flows on a bed of hop flowers to extract the most expressive aromas.
Colour: Blonde, orange hues.
Appearance: White head.
Nose: Grain and citrus aromas
Taste: Keen initial taste. The subtle, pleasant bitterness comes later and is mixed with the fruity, hoppy flavours.
How is it best enjoyed? In a special Castelain glass, rinsed and not dried, at a temperature of 10-12°C

Castelain CUVEE CASCADE is the fruit of passionate research conducted by Nicolas Castelain, our Master Brewer. The unique character of this connoisseur’s beer reflects craft beer expertise handed down over three generations.
This ale made from TETTNANG, MAGNUM and LUBLIN hops is enhanced by addition of CASCADE hops during dry hopping.
Colour: Blonde.
Appearance : White head.
Nose : Biscuits and cereal aromas.
Taste : Notes of citrus, spices and grains tease the pallet with floral notes. Dry hopping enhances aromas and flavors of this beer.
